It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to read the Policy.

About the designs:

None of the designs are mass produced. All products are handmade and will vary slightly in design, thus all items have their own uniqueness and are one of a kind.


Absolutely No refunds. Which includes deposits.

All sales are final due to hygienic reasons.

Rush or orders

A $10 extra charge will be applied to all "RUSH" orders requested with less than 24 hour notice.


Full payment must be made at time of ordering.

Large orders will require a deposit of 50% (non-refundable) at time of order.

Payment must be received in full before shipping. (Refer to shipping section.)

All parcels orders will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.

A item can be reserved for a maximum of 3 days.  Full payment must be made on the 3rd day otherwise it will be re-listed for sale. 

Please ask about our shipping option. You can have your hat sent right to you as fast as in 1 business day! Certain conditions apply.

It's the responsibility of receiver to check over the merchandise once it's been received and advise if the merchandise has been damaged during shipping.

It is also the customers responsibility to advise the delivery company of the incident and Eloi Designs.

A picture of the item prior to shipping can be requested for comparison. (Or view your order on our Facebook page).

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct address.  Cannot be held responsible  for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect mailing info.

Rentals (Refers to Bridal items only)

Rentals are for 5 business days with a $20 fee for each day late.

longer periods of hire can be arranged if needed - Contact me to discuss. If you have any queries at all, please don't hesitate in contacting me. You pay the full cost to begin with. 50% is for rental of the item, and the other 50% is held as a deposit. Your deposit will be returned to you as soon as I receive the item(s) back, via the same method you paid with.

Deposits will only not be returned in the event of:

1. Rental(s) not being returned.

2. Rental(s) being severely damaged (general wear is acceptable and will be noted before rental).

3. Rental(s) returned with items missing.

4. Rental(s) returned so late that late fees accumulated equal deposit amount or more.

There is no charge if you collect/return in person. However, if postage is required, you must pay all relevant postage costs pertaining to the rental item of choice, including the return postage.

Please order, ideally, at least 4 weeks before your event to allow enough time for me to make your item and allow for shipping if applicable.

Repairs: (Refers to hats only)

Great care is taken with each handmade item and repairs if any will be minor.

All repairs are subject to a fee, which is at the sole discretion of the designer.

If a item has clearly been damaged outside of natural minor wear and tear, and cannot be "saved" and a new Item must be made in it's place, then a replacement cost of the original price will be charged.

Custom made hat orders:

Full payment is required or deposit of 75% can be made before an custom order is started. All deposits will not be refunded.

A $20 extra charge will be applied to all "RUSH" orders requested with less than 24 hour notice.

All sales are final if you are not pleased with your order you are only entitled to a exchange only at time of pick up/once item has been completed. The original item must be of equal value. The item your exchanging must be from the "IN STOCK" Items only. Additional shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

After 3 days if no contact is made the custom hat order will be advertised as an for sale item. Exceptions will be made if advised in advance, (ie. by phone,email or in person). If you require more time to pick-up, in these cases the item must be paid in full.
