Policy

(The fine print)

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to read the Policy.

About the designs:

None of the designs are mass produced. All products are handmade and will vary slightly in design, thus all items have their own uniqueness and are one of a kind.  Please allow 3-4 week turn around on all orders.  Some of our items have a quicker turn around time and will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Final sale/Non-refundable:

Absolutely No refunds and all sales are final.

Cancelled orders:

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been handcrafted for you, then you will receive a full refund.  If you have changed your mind on your purchase and would like to cancel your order AFTER your item has been handcrafted for you, there will be a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. 

Rush or orders

If you require your item sooner than our standard 3-4 week recommended order time, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will make every effort to try and insure your item is crafted and shipped out as soon as possible.  A $40 extra charge will be applied to all "RUSH" orders additional to express Shipping fees.

Please be advised that that we are NOT responsible for custom duties or taxes that incurred.

Payments:

Full payment must be made at time of ordering.

Payment must be received in full before shipping. (Refer to shipping section.)

Paypal

E-transfer

In some cases Debit, Visa, MasterCard.

Shipping:

All parcels orders will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.

Please ask about our shipping options.

It's the responsibility of receiver to check over the merchandise once it's been received and advise if the merchandise has been damaged during shipping.

It is also the customers responsibility to advise the delivery company of the incident and Eloi Designs.

A picture of the item prior to shipping can be requested for comparison. 

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct address.  We will not be held responsible for customer error due to lost or delayed orders because of incorrect mailing info.

Repairs: (Refers to hats only)

Great care is taken with each handmade item and repairs if any will be minor.

All repairs are subject to a fee, which is at the sole discretion of the designer.

If a item has clearly been damaged outside of natural minor wear and tear, and cannot be "saved" and a new Item must be made in it's place, then a replacement cost of the original price will be charged.

Custom orders:

Full payment is required or deposit of 75% can be made before an custom order is started. All deposits will not be refunded.

A $40 extra charge will be applied to all "RUSH" orders requested with less than our standard 3-4 week notice.

All sales are final. Additional shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
